Ah no, I meant I asked it to *write* a thousand words. I didn't feed it a thousand words. The extra length just made it more obvious that there was zero creativity at work.

Remember the more you give it, the more it learns, so if a million writers are putting half decent prose in, it's going to learn quicker.
