Thank you. Yes, really annoying. And of course they were the best notes ever, right... I once lost ten pages of a story when travelling in Morocco. They were sucked out of a van window. You'd think I'd have learnt from that.

You know what? It's infuriating but try not to worry. I've done that and it ended up better. You'll remember the strongest bits, and can write it back in quicker, rougher and looser, which works better.
