OP is on Wednesday. It is about an hour away. They'll keep me overnight. But tomorrow my son is having all his wisdom teeth out under general anaesthetic at the same hospital. I'm not so nervous about my hand, just frustrated that I haven't done everything I'd intended to do. Make stock for the winter, finish preparing the book for publication, etc.
