I retired to the golf course as my writing room was already 26 degrees brutal at 7.30. I then got roasted almost to a cinder.

Storm clouds gathering over Berks and rumbles of thunder getting nearer and nearer. The heat is shocking. I’ll never complain about winter ever again :anxious-face-with-sweat:

Thank goodness for a refrigerator and iced water to dip a towel into a lay it on your neck. Is it humid over there? I won't tell you what today is like in sunny queensland.

It's the computers. They churn out a ton of heat, so if ambient = 30C, effective room temp is 40C. But today, thank the heavens, is cooler...
