Is that a cork tile floor? I've been very happy with cork flooring. I'd probably have replaced the builder door before doing anything else. I hates them the way Lyse hates AI art. But I can see an ordered work environment taking shape. You'll be able to reach out and find whatever yu need while enjoying that garden view.
