I'm sure all of the AI companies have been doing this How can you re write history and science if there are still hard copy books lying around. These guys have never liked competition. They destroy it wherever they can. When I was a little kid I always had this haunting feeling that someday there would be a dark ages where books would be in danger. Probably was from reading Ray Bradbury, but ever since I have had the largest library my living space could support.
